Leadership Role for Manufacturing Plant Manager

This is a critical leadership position overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing plant, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety.

  • Develop strategic plans to increase productivity, quality, and labor utilization.
  • Provide effective leadership to ensure optimal use of plant personnel and equipment.
  • Assume responsibility for all processes, employee safety, and housekeeping to meet plant performance goals.
  • Manage department/shift personnel by fostering a culture of employee engagement through empowerment and skill development.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.
Key Performance Factors:

Education and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of production or plant management experience in the blown film industry.
  • College education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
