Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to provide sales administration support and be the first point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to sales teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation and contracts
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and open house schedules
  • Maintain accurate CRM systems and client databases
  • Assist with general office tasks and duties

  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer focus
