Company Overview

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $70k-$80k per annum, plus superannuation. Additionally, you will have access to free onsite parking.

Job Description

This role involves assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, including bank reconciliations, month end activities, and statutory reporting. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies, and reconciling supplier and customer accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar financial management role, with a strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • A proficient working knowledge of MS Excel, and preferably QAD or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A high attention to detail, with strong time management skills.
