- Achieve accuracy and competitive advantage in FOB negotiation & supplier management.">
- Evaluate new factory viability and initial assessments in conjunction with DW Compliance.">
- Implement improved processes with internal teams as well as suppliers.">
- Cross-functional capabilities across Apparel product development with a focus on manufacturing background.">
- Understanding of footwear is viewed as an asset.">
- Strong cost negotiation and Cost Engineering experience. Understand and implement should-cost modelling.">
- Fabric and Sustainability knowledge.">
- Strong in-country network.">
- Knowledge of basic Ethical Sourcing and compliance requirements.">

This role requires autonomy in the region but with close communication and partnership with Head Office in Australia.
