Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Caulfield, Victoria.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality and timely maintenance services across our care home, ensuring facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard that aligns with regulatory requirements and resident preferences. You will provide repairs and maintenance support to the care home, identify and carry out preventative maintenance, repair and improvement works to the building, grounds and equipment in-line with the Maintenance Schedules.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide repairs and maintenance support to the care home
  • Identify and carry out preventative maintenance, repair and improvement works to the building, grounds and equipment
  • Assist in the development of a maintenance budget and monitor actual utilisation
  • Document and communicate team and individual performance expectations
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications at post-trade or Advanced Certificate or Associate Diploma level; and / or relevant skills training or experience
  • Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Occupational Health and Safety
