We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team at Kirra Beach.

Job Summary:

This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with exceptional culinary expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering superior quality food in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, produce, and present high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and ensure all needs for owners and guests are met.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu creation and support the kitchen team with effective and efficient food and beverage service.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Chef or similar position within a resort/hotel environment.
  • Trade Qualification (Certificate III Commercial Cookery).
  • A focus on food safety and hygiene, with the ability to prepare, produce, and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced, changing workplace.
