We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team in Berkeley, NSW. This is a permanent part-time position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in food preparation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of fresh meals for residents
- Deliver meals to residents in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness in dining room and servery areas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an Aged Care environment
- Ability to cover Cook when on leave
- Knowledge in food preparation and safe food handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Awareness of all relevant WHS guidelines and HACCP requirements
