As the General Manager, Asset Protection, you will lead the strategic management and direction of the Asset Protection function to ensure the long-term safety and security of our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management and daily operation of the Asset Protection function, ensuring compliance with the highest standards, including gaming integrity.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the protection of our assets and prevent and detect criminal, illegal, and undesirable activity.
  • Implement measures to reduce violent incidents and operational breaches, including RSA and minors.
  • Ensure emergency management protocols are in place and that all Asset Protection staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities during emergency management incidents.
  • Optimise the Asset Protection Department's business plan, including an operating budget, labour levels, and resource requirements, balancing compliance and service.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Security and management, preferably within the casino industry.
  • Understanding of laws related to the organisation, including the Casino Control Act and regulations, NSW Liquor Act, Security Industry Act, and Crimes Act.
  • Ability to communicate and implement all statutory processes.
  • Experience in managing a large in-house and contract workforce.
  • Advanced Conflict Resolution and Incident Management skills.
