Job Opportunity:

You will be part of a healthcare team that prioritizes culturally safe care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in remote NT locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Work temporarily in remote clinics, offering placements ranging from 3 to 12 weeks.
  • Travel and accommodation expenses are covered.
Requirements:
  • Hold unrestricted registration as a registered nurse and registered midwife with AHPRA.
  • A minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience in midwifery is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience as a Registered Nurse is essential.
  • A minimum of 250 hours of relevant clinical experience within the past 12 months is necessary.
  • CPR/BLS certification is mandatory.
  • A recognised Immunisation certificate is required.
  • A Northern Territory Working with Children's Card is necessary (or willingness to obtain).
