Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative professional to support the development of social-first ideas and content strategies across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with creators and video teams, ideating content concepts, and managing data workflow to ensure seamless execution.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ideate and develop innovative social-first ideas and tactics in partnership with creators and video team.
  2. Support cross-platform community management across brand channels on TikTok and Meta.
  3. Communicate effectively with producers and account managers to assist requests for clients.
  4. Pitch creative ideas to team and management.
  5. Work with the Content Director and Senior Producer to ideate and concept around multiple brand's content strategies.
  6. Ideate with creators and producers on original content concepts based around upcoming productions and map out a consistent posting schedule.
  7. Ideate, source, and create original real-time content for all audiences, identifying memes and trends at the cusp of virality and pop culture.
  8. Track weekly and monthly analytics and performance, providing optimizations as necessary.
  9. Edit content and manage data workflow, ensuring footage and files are stored correctly and handled confidentially.
  10. Maintain and build relationships with Make team members, implementing best practices and innovating upon new platform updates and products.
  11. Help maintain and uphold a healthy and positive culture for the make team.
