The Opportunity

This School-based Traineeship is an excellent chance for Year 10 students to develop their skills in a real-world setting, working alongside experienced professionals in our Plumbing Underwood branch.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

  • Partner with our staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Complete all requirements of the certificate
  • Process sales and manage stock effectively
  • Provide follow-up to customers and maintain a high standard of service

  • You have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
  • You are a team player and willing to contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workplace

Saturday availability is required, and additional hours during school holidays are recommended to assist in your progress. Key areas to focus on include embracing company values, completing certification requirements, processing sales, managing stock, and providing exceptional customer service.
