Job Title: Business Intelligence Leader
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to provide in-depth analysis of consumer and trade expenditures.
- Lead strategic forecasting, reporting, and analytics for the Supply Chain Optimization process.
- Develop and implement a robust Budget and forecasting framework including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
- Provide financial insights and evaluation of business proposals, including new products, pricing, marketing, and trade support.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and drive changes accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise within an FMCG environment (5+ years), with experience partnering with the commercial side (Sales & Marketing). They will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to exert influence across the organisation. The successful candidate should be commercially savvy and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
