Nursing Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care to our residents in a residential aged care facility. As an Assistant in Nursing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to residents including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and transfer needs
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Assist residents with self-care needs and promote independence
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Experience in a care role highly regarded
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Valid Police Check
- NDIS Worker Check
- 2024 Flu vaccination
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
