Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized and professional service to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our luxury jewellery products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in a retail or luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and KPIs.
