About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Administrator to join our Company Secretariat team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the General Counsel and appointed Company Secretaries of the Avant Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of Board, Board Committee, and management meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking.
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors, including travel arrangements, expense management, and corporate record-keeping.
  • Liaise with the Group IT team to ensure seamless technological support for meetings.
  • Assist with the maintenance of corporate registers, including regulatory forms and document preparation.
  • Process invoices and reimbursement for directors.
  • Update internal websites and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supporting Boards and/or Board Committees, with a strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
