About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Structural Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on various projects in a client-facing capacity, providing technical expertise and ensuring high-quality results.
  • Mentor junior engineers within the group, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Chartered member (CPEng) of a reputable engineering institution.
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
  • A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in structural engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projects.
  • Experience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects, and communicating with clients.
  • An innovative and out-of-the-box attitude to solutions and designs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A desire to develop their own team and client base.
