Structural Engineering Opportunity

As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for clients across Australia. You will work on a variety of projects in a client-facing capacity, providing structural engineering expertise and ensuring the highest standards of quality.

The successful candidate will have significant engineering design experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to mentor developing engineers within the group. You will be responsible for providing structural engineering expertise and ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality structural engineering designs and solutions
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
  • Ideal 10+ years demonstrated experience in structural engineering
  • Strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projects
  • Experience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects and communicating with clients
  • An innovative and out-of-the-box attitude to solutions and designs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Desire to develop their own team and client base
