Reintegration Services Coordinator

Job Role:
As a Reintegration Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Employment Pathways Team to deliver employment services and programs that aim to reduce reoffending and promote successful reintegration into the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employers, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of employment initiatives and services.
- Assist in linking people in prison with education, industries, and employers to create job opportunities and meaningful post-release employment.
Requirements:
- Understanding of corrections and justice system issues.
- Experience in employment services, recruitment services, or delivery of service-focused programs.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality program delivery support.
