Job Title: Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide administrative support in our Service Delivery department. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a similar role within a large organisation, with a strong understanding of procedures and protocols.

This is an initial 6-month contract based in Perth. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all Service Delivery administrative duties, including event scheduling, status of deliverables and diary management.
  • Provide high-level support to the Operations Manager and Team Leads to ensure business plan deliverables for Service Delivery are managed and met on time.
  • Manage organisational change initiatives and promote a safety culture across the business unit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Substantial support and administrative experience in a similar role within a large organisation.
  • Sound knowledge of procedures and protocols for Incident, Executive and other Committee Meetings and Forums.
  • Demonstrated capacity to coordinate organisational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated skills in interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
