About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement and inventory function.

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers outstanding opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive and motivated team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing success of our business by providing exceptional leadership and strategic direction in supply chain management, production planning, and procurement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with domestic and offshore suppliers
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and timelines, and maintaining purchase records and documentation
  • Overseeing the manufacturing planning process, including managing and maintaining the production schedule
  • Converting forecasting information into an effective supply plan for key products and raw materials
  • Conducting supplier reviews, providing insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies, preparing cost estimates, and managing budgets
  • Overseeing procurement and replenishment activities to ensure inventory levels remain below established guidelines
  • Leading stocktake and cycle count processes to ensure the accuracy of the perpetual inventory system

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a proactive, motivated, and highly-organized approach, with demonstrated experience in supply chain management, production planning, and procurement.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in a relatable industry is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not essential.

You will have excellent communication skills to influence outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of products, services, and information.
