Our Catering Operations team plays a vital role in delivering high-quality catering services to our customers on various train services. As a Storeperson, you will be part of this team, providing essential support to our Food and Beverage Control Officers and other catering members.

Your key responsibilities will include general cleaning duties, store maintenance, provisioning, and de-provisioning of train services. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Operations Officer and be an integral part of a supportive and engaged team.

Role and Hours:

This is a permanent full-time position based in Bowen Hills, with occasional travel to Roma Street for provisioning and de-provisioning tasks. You will work a rotating roster between Tuesday and Sunday, with flexibility required due to business needs. Public holidays and overtime may also be necessary.

  • Undertake general duties involving food and beverage management

  • Food Safety certification for hygienic practices
  • A current 'C' class driver's license (an MR license is desirable but not essential)
