Job Title: Project Coordinator

The role of a project coordinator plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across our warehousing network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To scope, plan and manage warehouse infrastructure projects in line with capital investment strategies.
  • To coordinate teams across site operations and external contractors to ensure effective delivery.
  • To work closely with customers and third-party logistics providers to align project outcomes with service expectations.
  • To develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables.
  • To monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support safe and reliable outcomes.
  • To ensure project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • To lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying barriers and proposing solutions.
About This Role:
  • This is a mid-senior level position within the organization, reporting to a Senior Manager.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously are essential for this role.
  • We value collaborative team members who can drive business growth and develop innovative solutions.
  • A proven track record in logistics and warehousing is preferred, including experience in facility design and automation projects.
