About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Accor Apartments & Realty. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a wonderful stay by keeping our rooms super clean and paying attention to every tiny detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, to ensure an exceptional first impression.
  • Housekeeping Standards: Work diligently within established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards.
  • Trolley Maintenance: Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
  • Cleaning Materials: Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Guest Privacy: Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
  • Maintenance Issues: Report maintenance issues promptly, showing dedication to a flawless experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
  • Communication Style: Warm and welcoming communication style where guests and team members feel right at home.
  • Attention to Detail: Eye for detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time well and taking pride in tasks.
  • Physical Role: Enjoy a physical role, navigating between rooms may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
