In this role, you will work on developing an on-premise machine learning tool using open-source software.

The goal is to provide recommendations for the best parameters to use in a PID controller.

This can be challenging due to various factors such as humidity, ambient temperature, product temperature, and production speed.

To achieve the most energy-efficient temperature, the P, I, and D parameters need to be set correctly.

  • Develop a Local ML Tool: Create a machine learning tool that can operate locally without relying on cloud services.
  • Parameter Optimization: Program the ML tool to recommend optimal parameters for the PID controller.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Selecting Open-Source Software: Identify suitable software for developing the ML tool.
  • Programming the ML Tool: Develop and program the ML tool to provide accurate recommendations.
