We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Service Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling electrical services to residential and commercial clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Services: Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored electrical solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the electrical, real estate or trade services industry highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
  • Valid driver's licenses
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
