Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants to identify skills required to become job ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Suitable Candidates

We seek individuals who are driven, solution-focused, and possess excellent communication skills. People who can demonstrate composure and adaptability in the face of daily challenges are well-suited to this role.

We find candidates with backgrounds in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration particularly suitable for this position. We provide full training, helping you leverage your transferable skills into a new career in Employment Services.

Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
