About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Ozcare. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in accordance with their personalized care plans
  • Assist clients in developing skills to promote their independence and autonomy
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and other daily activities
  • Administer medication as required and ensure accurate medication management
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide holistic care and support to clients
Requirements
  • Current Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home and Community Care
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
  • Ability to work a varied roster, including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts
