The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, requirements management, and defense industry standards. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Established in 1985, ASC has over 2,400 staff members with unparalleled experience and expertise in submarine design, project management, and construction. Our work takes place in Osborne, South Australia, with sustainment shared across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture, document, and maintain system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements in requirements management processes.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on requirements status.
  • Ensure adherence to defense industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility:

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. You must also meet specific nationality requirements due to access to protected US defense technology.

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD 120,000 - AUD 150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
