- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field
- Proven Experience in Sales and Marketing within the Medical Device Industry
- Strong Leadership and Management Skills, including Business Development and Operations
- Proven Ability to Lead and Motivate a Team, with Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
- Analytical Mindset with Problem-Solving and Data Analysis Abilities
- High-Level Computer Literacy, Including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and CRM/Invoicing Systems
