Design Manager Position

HMPS Propac is seeking an exceptional Design Manager to lead and unify our design functions across national operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a national design framework for consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Mentor and manage the national design leadership team.
  • Establish and govern design standards, templates, and review processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align design outputs with operational needs.
  • Manage resources and tools to optimise performance across sites.
  • Identify and resolve design bottlenecks or risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or related discipline).
  • Proven leadership experience in design management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical design principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
