Trade Counter Associate Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to assist plumbers and other tradespeople at our Dubbo branch.

Job Description:

As a Trade Counter Associate, you will provide exceptional service, support, and product knowledge to our customers. This role involves assisting customers with their queries, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe shop floor environment, and performing occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and information about products
  • Process transactions promptly and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and care
  • Perform occasional deliveries to customers as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable
  • Ability to use a computer and learn new systems quickly
  • Clean, valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues
