Flexible Merchandising Role

As a flexible merchandiser, you will have the autonomy to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. Our work-life balance approach ensures that your personal and professional life are aligned.

Our job allocation system provides 2 weeks' notice for easy forward planning, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively. You will be working on an ongoing casual basis in Coles and Woolworths, with variable hours between 8-20 hours per week dependent on location.

You will enjoy building relationships with store managers and team members to effectively complete your work, including building displays and merchandising a wide variety of products for leading brands. This is an exciting time to join our business as we continue to build new partnerships, creating more opportunities for our teams.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, building, and maintaining quality point-of-sale displays in-store
  • Talking to stores about additional promotional space for a variety of products from leading brands
  • Reporting tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App
Requirements
  • Supermarket retail experience is desirable but not essential; no experience necessary
  • A current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Must be available Wednesdays and Thursdays (as a minimum)
