What We Need From You:

  • Experience: Previous experience in Optics at a Store Manager level or senior management experience in retail.
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs.
  • Energy: Love of being in a fast-paced, growing business and adapting to change.
  • Leadership: Commitment to inspiring, motivating, training, and developing your team.
  • Effectiveness: Ability to manage time and operational requirements without compromising the customer experience.
