Corporate/M&A Lawyer Job Opportunity

Our team is seeking a skilled Corporate/M&A lawyer to join our dynamic and highly commercial team. As a key member, you will work closely with partners who are attuned to the development needs of young lawyers.

The ideal candidate will have between 3-7 years' corporate experience from another highly regarded corporate practice in the market. We also consider Australia qualified lawyers looking to return to Sydney from high profile law firms overseas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Work on a range of corporate transactions including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general securities law matters.
    • Collaborate with a talented group of special counsels and senior associates and associates at varying levels.
    • Participate in cross-border transactions with overseas counterparts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Between 3-7 years' corporate experience from another highly regarded corporate practice in the market.
  • Australia qualified lawyers looking to return to Sydney from high profile law firms overseas.
