Lead Carpenter Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced lead carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and supervising a team of yard hands and service persons.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for quality builds, and a certificate in carpentry (or equivalent). Previous experience in custom/modular/portable carpentry, leadership or mentoring, and possession of a white card are also essential.
