Clinical Nurse Educator Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Educator to join our established Peri-operative team. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a leadership role in providing hands-on educational support and clinical teaching/facilitation to graduate nurses & students.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert clinical guidance and mentorship to new staff members and students;]
  • Promoting a high standard of evidence-based nursing care through dissemination of current best practice knowledge;]
  • Ensuring staff compliance to annual Mandatory Training and completion of eLearning components.

In this role, you will also be responsible for attending relevant policy and procedure meetings, ward meetings, and bi-monthly Education Meetings.
