Job Role Overview

As a pivotal member of the store leadership team, you will collaborate with the Assistant and Store Manager to spearhead a talented group of Product Guides and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

With a strong passion for product knowledge and a commitment to bold objectives both personally and professionally, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in providing coaching on people experience, guest experience, and business needs. You will take the initiative, possess strong assessment skills, and offer relevant feedback as you celebrate achievements within the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business performance by leading from the floor 5 days of the week
  • Support product guides in delivering a superior guest experience through authentic sharing of technical product knowledge
  • Champion floor leadership and exceptional guest experience by actively engaging with customers and team members
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels to maximize sell-through, including receiving, processing, restocking and destocking, and visual merchandising
  • Communicate company initiatives, policies, and priorities to the team in collaboration with the Store Manager
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems to accurately process transactions, manage inventory, and drive business insights
