Project Coordinator Role

As a key member of our team, the Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate with field operations, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review project requirements regularly, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Compile and distribute contract documents, including bid requests and estimates.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure effective project setup and closeout.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and logs, including submittals and RFIs.
  • Collaborate with survey teams to address project issues requiring survey involvement or RFI requests.
  • Ensure compliance with contract drawings, EOR revisions, and CSI modifications.
  • Provide support for labor and equipment reporting, budget tracking, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and permanent materials delivery teams to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office and field environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
