The Role
As an Assistant Manager - Global Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by supporting sales teams with technical expertise, solution design, and customer engagement. Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Providing strategic input in responding to RFI/RFPs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Conducting engaging product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops to showcase our offerings.
- Developing compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of our products.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in IT/products within the banking sector.
- The ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives, technical teams, and business users.
- Progressive career experience in senior executive roles within banks or large software companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales, particularly with banking products.
- Proficiency in people management and talent development.
- Solid knowledge of the market structure and competitive landscape.
