Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Therapist Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapeutic services to individuals affected by sexual assault and domestic violence;
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client;
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate referrals as needed;

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant clinical experience post-graduation providing trauma-informed therapeutic services;
  • Valid NSW driver's license;
  • Current AHPRA registration or Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
