About the role

As a Domestic Cleaner with Community Gateway, you will be given the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life by working with people in their own homes to support them with domestic duties.

  • Able to manage your own time effectively and work with minimal supervision

  • No experience needed, however previous experience in domestic assistance or cleaning will be highly regarded

  • Students completing certificates in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Disabilities, or Individual support are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will need (or be willing to obtain):

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

  • Current Driver's License and access to a reliable and insured motor vehicle

  • Availability to a Smart Phone.

  • Working with Children Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

Community Gateway is not-for-profit provider of aged care and disability services in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Mid North Coast regions of NSW.
