This is an opportunity to develop your career in the transport sector, working with a dynamic team supporting transport operations.

  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding job updates, delays or issues
  • Respond to incoming queries via phone and email professionally and efficiently
  • Assist drivers with paperwork and resolve on-road issues
  • Monitor bookings and online job allocations
  • Raise charges (futile, redirections, etc.) where applicable
  • Issue damage notifications (DMAs) and follow up with clients
  • Escalate complex client issues when necessary
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fleet or transport office environment
  • Strong understanding of Melbourne's road networks
  • Solid knowledge of vehicle weights, dimensions, and capacities
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to various transport systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, confident, and solutions-driven mindset
