About the Role:

Mars Recruitment is partnering with a leading online gambling company to find a skilled Customer Service Officer to join their Customer Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual to provide top-notch service to online gaming customers in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work on a rotating roster between 12pm - 8pm or 2pm - 10pm, offering hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone on various topics such as jackpot enquiries, deposits/withdrawals, and game play assistance.
  • Provide responsible gambling support and guidance.
  • Drive customer retention through promotion of products, activities, and special bonus offers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the service experience.
  • Identify and suggest process and quality improvements across the department.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role is essential.
  • Ideally previous experience in a contact centre's/customer support environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for providing a high level of customer service with a proactive and positive attitude.
