Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our team at the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO).

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and sustain various technical environments in support of ASIO's broader strategic requirements and investigations.
  • Collaborate with the Processing and Development team to provide technical solutions that are best-practice, fit-for-purpose, and enhance end-user experience.
Requirements
  • A proven ability to craft technical documentation and effectively collaborate using a variety of tools to ensure seamless tracking and communication.
  • The ability to solve complex technical problems with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms.
  • Fundamental Windows and Linux system administration skills.
  • Knowledge of automation tools.
  • Knowledge of containerisation and other orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of network architecture and security.
