About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Manager to join our team at The Star Brisbane. As a key member of our hospitality strategy team, you will be responsible for implementing rate and inventory strategies to maximize revenue across all distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager Hotels in implementing revenue management principles and practices
  • Develop and communicate revenue management strategies to the General Manager Hotels and reservation sales teams
  • Work closely with the General Manager Hotels to maximize revenue across all distribution channels
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly statistics and monitor trends
  • Have a clear understanding of revenue-related statistics, including competitor trends and statistics
Requirements
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen in a fast-paced, evolving high-growth environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders
  • Highly developed analytical and conceptual ability
  • Well-developed attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to handle tight and conflicting deadlines, while maintaining accuracy
