Job Title: Patient Services Officer

    A key role exists for an experienced Administrator to provide support in a fast-paced environment. This position involves working closely with clients, staff and other departments to ensure seamless clinic operations.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating bookings and appointments
  • Communicating with patients and referring medical professionals
  • Organising referrals and taking relevant action
  • Processing paperwork and data entry
  • Representing the company and fostering positive relationships within the community

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Administrative experience in a customer-focused setting (medical background not essential)
  • A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of patient billing systems and related Medicare funding mechanisms
