Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is dedicated to early childhood education and development.

Job Description:
  • Lead the planning and implementation of educational programs that prioritize child development and well-being.
  • Assist in maintaining ongoing records of children's progress, program details, and daily information.
  • Provide guidance, support, and leadership to other educators within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement holistic educational programs that foster a love of learning and promote child growth.
  2. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children on campus.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  4. Participate in daily operations and room tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Cert III in Early Childhood Education.
  • Strong passion for early childhood education and development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
