The role of Commercial Analyst is crucial in supporting our team by analyzing large and complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that present opportunities for commercial favourable/customer-driven outcomes and optimal business approaches.

  • Developing concrete, data-driven recommendations that support and underpin commercial decision-making, including the representation of data trends and insights in graphical formats (Tableau/PowerBI) to support presentations for senior executives.
  • Supporting the development of business cases, financial modelling, and commercial analysis in relation to key projects and growth initiatives. Regularly updating stakeholders on findings and insights to provide business strategy.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve data quality and creating robust analytical processes.
  • Building tools, templates, and automated data workflows to optimize ways of working.
  • Leveraging quantitative techniques to answer complex ad-hoc business problems.

We are looking for someone with a tertiary qualification in analytics, computer science, business, or economics, and at least 5 years' experience in a data and analytics-related role, preferably in the telco sector. Strong programming skills in SQL, experience working with large datasets, and proficiency in visualisation tools such as Tableau and PowerBI are essential.

Requirements
