Job Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant professional authority
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health nursing or consultation liaison psychiatry
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals
  • Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly in managing complex or high-risk mental health presentations
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing or related field
  • Experience in an acute hospital setting or liaison psychiatry
  • Familiarity with psychiatric consultation liaison frameworks and best practice guidelines
