You will work closely with the Program Director to develop and implement programming for residents, including activities designed to promote independent living skills and socialization. Additionally, you will ensure that the group home is compliant with agency, state, and federal contracts and regulations.

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in congregate care setting, including 2 years in supervisory role
  • Valid driver's license
